Popular television actor and comedian Kiku Sharda, who won over people's hearts with his knack for comedy, has now taken some time off his busy schedule and has jetted off to Bali. While holidaying in the Indonesian island, he has also been active on his social media and recently took to Twitter to share a photo of a hotel bill in Bali and people are taken aback by the figures on that bill! However. there's a catch and the figures aren't exactly what they seem.
Looks like Kiku Sharda had ordered a cup of hot tea and cappuccino and when the bill arrived, he saw that it cost him a whopping 78,650! Kiku Sharda took to Twitter to share the picture of his bill and also added that he isn't complaining about the huge sum. The catch is, that the bill was generated in Indonesian currency, and the huge amount of 78,650 converts to 400 Indian Rupees. He wrote, "My bill for 1 cappuccino and 1 tea is 78,650/- ,,,,,,, but I am not complaining as I am in Bali, Indonesia and this amount in their currency converts to? 400/- in Indian currency #mehengaayee." This hilarious post looks like it is a dig at Rahul Bose who had earlier shared his outrage that he was charged Rs 442.50 for two bananas at a five- star hotel.
Meanwhile, Kiku Sharda has recently dubbed for the animated film Angry Birds. The actor- comedian who has acted in numerous Television shows such as Haatim, FIR, Akbar Birbal, is now a part of the web show Boo Sabki Phategi. He has also been a part of various films such as Happy New Year, Race, No Problem and others.
